Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our website contact form, you agree to provide your name, your email, your country of residence and a brief description of your wealth siutation. These information ARE NOT store in any of our databases. We will comply with a full deletion of your contact form information within a maximum time of 180 days, once submitted to us.

We do not make use of any cookies and also do not use any marketing mechanisms from Google or others. Likewise, we do not use your contact form information for any marketing purposes, your submitted data remains private at all time and as much as possible.

The use of our trading software requires separate contract signing and is currently, as of now, NOT incorporated into our website.

Because of the nature of the Internet, any data transmission could potentially be subject to security breaks. That's why a comprehensive safety regarding your data and requests cannot be fully and unconditionally guaranteed. We do, however, ensure from our end that your data is safe.
